7-day free trial

The no-card trial creates seven story nights. If no payment details are added, paid delivery does not start automatically.

Paid plans

Paid plans can be monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases per child. A cancelled monthly plan should stop renewing for future billing periods. One-time purchases do not renew.

Manual support

Until account self-service is live, cancellation and billing review requests should be sent to contact@littlelantern.online. Include the parent email and child profile name.

Digital content and withdrawal

Generated storybooks, audio, and videos are personalized digital content and digital services. EU withdrawal and refund handling can depend on whether paid generation or delivery has already started and what confirmations were given at checkout.

How to request cancellation now

Write to contact@littlelantern.online with the parent account email, child profile name, plan, and a short description of the request. Keep this page as operational copy until the Stripe customer portal is connected.

Consumer rights note

This page does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If there is a problem with paid digital content or service delivery, contact support first so the case can be reviewed and, where appropriate, remedied, replaced, cancelled, or refunded according to applicable law.
